We are seeking a passionate and capable leader to serve as our Youth Director or Youth Pastor, depending on experience, training, and gifting. This role focuses on leading a thriving youth ministry of 75+ students weekly, with potential for broader involvement in teaching, discipleship, or pastoral leadership based on the candidate’s strengths. The position is 32 hours per week, with flexibility up to 40 hours for the right candidate with ministry experience and post-secondary ministry education.
