Welcome to Pathway Youth!

We’re a family of leaders, teens, and parents who love doing life together, growing in faith, and navigating these years side by side! Join us Wednesdays from 7-9 PM at 3948 Wallace Point Road for a night of fun, friends, and meaningful conversations. With engaging messages, small groups, and leaders who care, Pathway Youth is a place to belong, grow, and thrive.

Quest
Grades 6-8

Junior high can be a confusing, exciting, and sometimes overwhelming season of life. Quest is designed to help students sort it all out in a fun and welcoming environment. Through games, engaging speakers, small groups, and opportunities to worship and serve, students explore their relationship with Jesus and how it shapes their daily lives. Consistent leaders walk alongside them—laughing, leading, and creating a space where they truly belong.

Drive
Grades 9-12

The teen years can be tough, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Drive is a space where senior high students can connect, be heard, and gain valuable life insights through messages and small group discussions. With caring leaders who pay attention to what’s going on in their lives, Drive helps students wrestle with real questions and challenges while building a strong community.

Pathway Youth Leaders

Each week, a dedicated team of leaders invests in Quest and Drive small groups, building lasting relationships through connection, laughter, and growth. Many leaders walk with students for years, becoming trusted mentors and friends. Together, we’re committed to reaching teens, guiding them in faith, and helping them become devoted followers of Jesus.

Jackson Wiltshire
Youth Director

Jackson joined the team at Pathway in summer 2023 as interim Youth Director. Jackson grew up in Bancroft and first moved to Peterborough when he began his studies at Trent University in 2017.  He was heavily involved with campus ministry while in school, both with InterVarsity Student Fellowship at Trent and UCCF while studying in Wales. Jackson is passionate about introducing teens and young adults to Jesus and is excited to take what he's learned from his time in campus ministry to Pathway Youth and see teens take their next (or first!) step of faith.

If you’re a parent of a Grade 6-12, we’d love to connect with you. We’re here to partner with you as a parent through these years by providing your teen with a consistent invested small group leader and a fun place to connect with group of peers running in the direction of hope and love found in Jesus and following Him. Reach out to Jackson via email jackson@pathwaylife.com to find out more.
