Is there a church service this year?
Yes! This summer our Volunteer Kickoff Sunday starts with our Sunday Service at our 10 AM Summer Schedule Time! Everyone--whether a volunteer or not--is welcome to join us for this service.
What about child care?
We recognize that for some of our volunteers, childcare may be a reason they would be unable to attend. We are hoping to have some care available for those who are unable to find alternate care for their children.
While we won't be offering a full program (because it's YOU the volunteers who make that happen), we are working on having something fun to occupy them while you are attending the event.
What time does Kickoff end?
Every department has different needs when it comes to training volunteers. For that reason, this year we've formatted our schedule so that each department only needs to take as much time as needed for training. Your department leader will let you know training details--including end time--for your department via email.
